In the last few years La Ringhiera has decided to expand its housing portfolio to offer a new service aimed clients who are seeking a temporary housign solution.

We are aware that those who are moving to Milan for study or for work have limited time to dedicate to finding housing, completing a rental contract and managing and maintaining and apartment. With this in mind, La Ringhiera now offers ‘move-in ready’ options, taking upon themselves:

  • Finding apartments to rent on the market;
  • Managing the rental agreement with the owners of the property;
  • Writing up and registering the rental contract between owner and tenant;
  • Managing utlities (electricity, gas, rubbish collection tax);
  • Setting up Wifi;
  • Standard and emergency maintenace of the apartment;
  • Check-in/out;
  • Cleaning service.

You may choose among various options: a place in a single room; a place in a double room in a shared apartment; studio apartment. All apartments are completely furnished and supplied with kitchen equipment (crockery, cutlery and pots and pans), air conditioning and Wifi. Bed linen is available on request.
